Libra helps you organize your multimedia contents, including Audio CDs, games, movies, and books, for free (non-commercial use).

Libra has been discontinued, and its final release was launched in 2009.

Although it has been a long time since the application has not been updated anymore, Libra can still help you keep your stuff well organized in an easy to access database.

If you borrow items to your friends, Libra helps you keep track of the books or CDs you have lent so you never lose them again.

A special feature is using your webcam as a barcode scanner. You can also use a regular barcode scanner such as CueCats. All you have to do is to point the scanner or the webcam towards the barcode in any orientation and the product information will be retrieved automatically and added to the library.

Data stored by Libra can easily be shared online with family and friends. Show your collection to your friends and let them see if you have a title they need.

With Libra you can also import existing collections, and it supports Excel files as input. You don’t have to re-enter all the items again! Moreover, you can add nee item types via XML files with JavaScript. At the same time, the import and export API are published to the hAxOrZ community, helping to freely import and export your collection from and to other applications.

Last, but not the least, the developers of Libra have also paid special attention to interface design. You will be proud to show your collection due to the various effects which make Libra a treat for the eyes.

Libra is a complete catalogue helping you organize your multimedia collection efficiently and keep track of loans.
